------------------
I reached my hand out unto the evening sky. It was a rare day, sun shining, and colorful clouds.
I've always wondered what they felt like.

My back was wet from the grass. I sighed. The grass was almost never dry in Berk.
I reached for the sky with both hands.

"You should really get a dragon Harriot." My friend Flare asked.

"Like that two-faced Astrid? No way." I responded.

"You'd be able to touch the clouds." The blond responded.

"I know." I smiled. "But I like it. Like this." I threw grass in the air and watched the blades disappear with the wind. I enjoyed watching.

"Your hopeless." She sighed. "Lets go, this cliff makes me uneasy."

"Scaredy-cat." I got up and looked at the sea. Waves sent little reflections of the sun towards me. Like stars.

In the distance I saw Hiccup and his Night Fury flying around. I'm pretty sure I saw Astrid sitting behind Hiccup. Who else? I thought.

"Quit staring at your little crush. I want food." Flare said harshly.

"I don't like him." I envied him.

"Lies."

We walked away from the cliff and set off for the dining hall. I just stared at my boots and walked quickly.

Berk was my home. A run down village with cranky adults, hail, snow, and dragons.

I hate dragons, if it weren't for dragons, my parents would still be alive. They were burned to a crisp I heard.

Now I only have Flare, my loud-mouthed, irritating, best friend.

It has been about a year since the dragons had started living peacefully in Berk. Everyone wanted a dragon, much like how a child wants a new toy.

Everyone one is all:
"Dragon this"
"Dragon that."
"I love my dragon."
"Oooh, is there really only one Night Fury?"

Apparently, no one has ever seen a night fury besides Toothless. Sometimes I feel bad for the poor guy.

We reached the dining hall withing minutes.

"I hate these doors." Flare observed. "They're so big and heavy." She paused and looked behind us. "Hey! Tuffnut! Can you help me open this door?"

"You know that I can open this door easily." I hissed.

"I know, I just wanted Tuff's attention." She giggled.

Tuffnut came up the stairs. "It's not hard, see, all you need is a little strength like me." He winked at Flare and opened the door with ease. "See?" He looked proud of himself.

"Yes, now lets go Flare." I pulled her inside, leaving the cocky viking outside.

"Your mean." She pouted.

"Yeah I know." I sighed. "I wanted to talk to you earlier about something."

"Like what?" Flare responded.

"Uh...well. Well, what if a dragon can be turned into a human? For real?" I said quietly.

"Like a Monstrous nightmare?" She responded quickly.

"Too mean." I answered

"A Zippleback?"

"Oh gods, no. How would they turn out?" I shuddered.

"How about a Gronckle?"

"I don't even want to think about it."

"What about the Night Fury?" Flare suggested.

We looked at Hiccup, who was talking to Astrid.

"Toothless..."
YES..
